At Yardlie Store, customer hygiene and product safety are our priority.

Return Policy

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Damaged packaging after delivery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened.

✔ Return Allowed Only If:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Product seal broken before delivery

In such cases:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide product photos
  • Product must be unused and sealed

Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refund via bank transfer or store credit
